What stays on your Mac

Meditor does not collect analytics, advertising data, tracking data, or personal information. No account is required. Diagram editing, live rendering, Finder Quick Look, export, clipboard operations, and presentations use local files and resources bundled with the app.

Diagram files remain in locations selected by you. Preferences are stored locally in the app container. Published-link metadata is stored locally, and the token used to remove a link is stored in the macOS Keychain.

Optional publishing

Meditor only sends diagram content over the network when you explicitly choose Publish. That action sends the diagram source, selected theme, generated social preview image, and chosen expiry duration to the configured share service. Anyone with the resulting link can view the diagram until it expires or you unpublish it.

You can change the configured share service in Settings, including pointing Meditor to your own compatible service. Opening documentation, support, source-code, or published-link URLs uses your default web browser.
